WIN/LOSS STATEMENTS
If you would like to receive a year-end win/loss statement for taxes of your gaming activities, please visit our Players Club, open 24 hours a day, and your statement will be provided for you. You may also contact us by email at winloss@ValleyViewCasino.com or by phone at 760-291-5507 with the following information and we will mail, email or fax your request:
- First and last name
- Players Club card number
- Date of birth
- Driver’s license number
- Current address or fax number
- Which year’s win/loss statement you are requesting
- Preferred method of delivery: pick up at our Players Club, mail, email or fax
All voicemail requests are processed within 72 hours. If choosing to receive your win/loss statement by mail, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Thank you.
DUPLICATE TAX FORMS
If you would like to receive a duplicate W2G for gambling winnings or duplicate 1099Misc for promotions or giveaways, please contact our automatic voicemail message line at 760-291-2333 or email us at w2g@ValleyViewCasino.com and leave the following information:
- First and last name
- Players Club card number
- Date of birth
- Last 4 digits of your Social Security number
- Current address or fax number
- Which tax year and tax form you are requesting
- Preferred method of delivery: pick up at our Players Club, mail, email or fax
